Fox Theatre and Theatre of the Stars, (1997) After the trial court and the Georgia Court of Appeals ruled our client did not have a claim as a result of her slip and fall on the grand staircase at the Fox Theatre due to inadequate lighting on the staircase, the Georgia Supreme Court reversed the Court of Appeals and trial court and ruled our client did have a right to have a jury decide whether the lighting was inadequate on the grand staircase so as to pose a danger to business invitees of the Fox Theatre.
